  6. Hi there, I literally joined wordpress a few minutes ago so I could comment n your blog. I think it’s really great and brave what you are doing, sharing your experience.
    I was led to your blog by searching on google for information regarding sharing writing with a therapist and saw your post from November 09. I was just wondering did you ever go through with it? It’s something I am considering but I’m not quite sure how to go about it!

  7. TamsynAnn – thank you so much for posting! Yes I did use writing to talk about some difficult things. I have the email option open to me for both therapists that I see. I have used and still use that option to bring up subjects that I have difficulty doing in person. I still bring things up in person too though. I have physically written down things on paper too. I have been doing this for my anxiety issues, as of late, as sort of “homework” for one therapist. If you have any other questions, feel free to post again. Welcome to wordpress ๐Ÿ™‚
